I was given an appointment, when l had bad toothache, with Helena whom l had not seen before. She was absolutely fabulous. Before l had the extraction she took the time for me and l had impressions done for a small denture. By the time l had to undergo the extraction,she took my tooth out and then fitted the denture. I cannot praise dentist Claudia Kirby and dental assistant Karen enough for their care and empathy during two appointments (so far). Claudia gave a thorough initial examination and was able to change her approach when checks caused pain or discomfort due to my own sensitivities to noises etc - and was able to follow them through to the 2nd appointment too. I would highly recommend Claudia to anyone, but especially those who may have phobias or concerns around dental visits.
Dr Claudia has taken over my treatment recently and has provided exceptional care. My injections have been painless and the anaesthetic has worn off evenly; meaning I can go about my day normally even after root canal treatment. She is considerate of my TMJ issues and provides regular breaks during treatment. My appointments are efficient and everything is explained to me at the time and afterwards.
